The client was looking at bring in significant changes in their quality systems and quality culture whilst being globally competitive. They were looking for an approach to understand where they stand in terms of their quality and compliance status. The Solution

The results
We helped the organization perform COQ analysis to improvement actions with associated costs and customer expectations. This was the coupling of reduced costs and increased benefits for quality improvement. Expenses on improvement and prevention activities were seen through the various measures implemented. The exercise also helped identify waste in aspects of processes and were identified in a continuous improvement exercise thereafter.
