On Wednesday, 5 November, Milind Nadgouda (Director of Operations), and Daniel Bennett (Senior Quality Consultant) will present “Human Error or System Failure? Rethinking Root Cause Analysis” at 15:30, followed by Kim Ritchie (Senior QA Consultant) with “Adaptable Approach to Audits: Going Off Audit Plan” at 16:30—a timely discussion on flexibility and critical thinking in audit strategy.
On Thursday, 6 November, Ashok Kumar (Principal Consultant) will share insights in “Ǫuality in Focus: Going Beyond Metrics to What Truly Matters” at 14:15, and later that afternoon, Milind Nadgouda returns with “The Human Element in ǪbD” at 15:30, exploring how human factors and culture shape the success of Quality by Design.
